Dynam 6 Channel Carbon Fiber Quadcopter 550 Kit RC Remote Control Radio
HI-RES IMAGES: A quadcopter is a machine that is lifted and propelled by four rotors. Unlike most helicopters, a quadcopter use symmetrically pitched blades mounted on four motors to produce lift. Controlling the speed of these individual motors allows the machine to move forward and backward, up and down, strafe left and right, and rotate clockwise and counterclockwise. Dynam has entered the quad market industry and has produced a rather unique machine dubbed the Quadcopter 550. The center frame is constructed with carbon fiber sheets and hollow carbon rods act as the support booms. This provides strength while keeping the overall weight low. The carbon fiber support booms lead to the robust cnc aluminum motor housings that house four brushless motors. Dynam recommends 720KV motors with four 18 amp electronic speed controllers for sufficient power to weight ratio. However the chassis can accept larger motors for builders that want higher performance out of this machine. A flight control board is also necessary. An MWC board will allow fine tuning of the machines capabilities and flying characteristics while a KK board will make installation and setup easier. Either flight control boards are recommended for this type of build. Required to Fly: Required Electronics to Complete Build: Customers Also Bought These Best Sellers |
